Objective of the project
Identify consumers (ferroalloy plants in Europe and Ukraine), market capacity (current and forecast), competitors. Develop a “road map” for entering these markets and identify the risks associated with the implementation of the project.

Solution
We assessed the volumes of ferroalloy production and coal consumption at factories in Europe and Ukraine and predicted their growth. Conducted a SWOT analysis of coal supply projects from Russia and Kazakhstan and provided detailed recommendations for entering new markets.

Result
Calculations and conclusions provided by NEFT Research formed the basis of the company’s strategy to diversify its sales markets in the short term.
