Objective of the project
Quickly find a supplier of grade D coal for the 2019-2020 heating season. to one of the regions of the northwestern part of Russia and agree with the coal seller on transporting the fuel to the buyer’s warehouse (utility enterprise).

Solution
We offered the customer two options for supplying coal for the entire heating season from Khakassia and Kuzbass.

Result
The buyer selected Kuzbass coal from the resource of one of the local producers, contracted the volume for several months and agreed on a significant discount on fuel, saving approximately 15% of the purchase amount a year earlier.
