The purpose of the project
Promptly find a supplier of D-grade coal for the 2019-2020 heating season in one of the regions of the northwestern part of Russia and arrange with the coal seller to transport fuel to the buyer’s warehouse (utility company).
Decision
We offered the customer two options for coal supplies for the entire heating season from Khakassia and Kuzbass.
Result
The buyer chose Kuzbass coal from the resource of one of the local producers, contracted the volume for several months and agreed on a significant discount on fuel, saving about 15% of the purchase amount a year earlier.
